We're on Our Way!

Thank you for visiting our new blog!  After much prayer, hard work, and support, the vision God gave us of the Mid-South Love Home is becoming a reality!  Our launch is just around the corner and we would love for you to walk this journey with us as we expect God to do above and beyond what we can think, ask, or imagine!! 

Bellevue Loves Memphis has chosen the Mid-South Love Home as one of their projects for their August Workday!!!!!  Praise God!!!  We are so very excited that they will be sending a team to work on the house!  Guess who else will be serving us that day?!?  Warriors Center!!  What an amazing ministry and they have chosen to partner with the Mid-South Love Home and be our “manpower”!  They don’t plan to just help us on the BLM workday, but want to be a constant source of manpower to help us whenever we have needs!  God is just so sweet!!  We cannot wait to see what is accomplished when He brings His Body together to love and serve one another!  We look forward to a lasting friendship with Bellevue Loves Memphis and the Warriors Center!!

THANK YOU ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!  Our precious friends at Life Fellowship Church put us in contact with an amazing program through Ashley Furniture!  It is called One Parent One Dream!!  This program is designed to provide a bed to a child in need!  They don’t want any children having to sleep on the floor!  We went and talked to the Southaven store and shared our ministry with them and our need for four twin beds and guess what?!?!  They are GIVING the Mid-South Love Home FOUR frames, FOUR box springs, and FOUR mattresses!!!!!  Isn’t God so good!?!  We look forward to getting these beds in our girls’ rooms!!  Pictures to follow on delivery day!!!!  Spread the word about their One Parent One Dream program if you know of a family in need!!!
