Well, things are very exciting at the Love Home! We have our two girls and are enjoying the time we are given to minister to them and be His Hands and Feet!
Our first girl is still at HopeWorks and in her 13-week class there. I am so proud of her for her determination and dedication to get somewhere and do something with her life! She is excited and that thrills me! She is having a girl (due Feb. 24) and said she is planning on naming her Tytiana...named after Ty!! Isn't that the cutest thing?!?! My children just love her and she knows it!!
Our second girl is a senior in the Adolescent Parenting Program and is on track to graduate from High School in May. She is such a talented young woman and loves to crochet, bead, braid hair, etc. She has a strong personality and is fun to be around! She has a great smile and is very educated. She is going to do great in whatever she decides her future story to look like! She is having a boy, Jacob, and is due January 1, 2014.
There are lots of ways you can get involved if you want to! First of all, I would love to have a baby shower for each girl sometime before they are due! Baby Jacob needs to be showered with gifts soon! His momma really wants to have a shower. She said she has dreamed of a "Welcome Prince Jacob" shower where she is the queen in a tiara! Y'all, I really want to try to make this dream come true for her! I wanted to find a Sunday School class or small group or just a group of ladies who would be willing to help her by throwing her a baby shower!
We are still trusting God for His manna from Heaven...providing daily what we need! We KNOW that this ministry is His idea and therefore He will make sure to provide for it!!
